The pellets are 6 mm in diameter and are put in bags weighing 15 kg. There are 70 bags are put on a pallet. The factory runs a standard technology for production – bark removal, shredding, calibration and homogenization, pelletizing, cooling, screening and packing.
For the purpose, the factory uses a highly efficient and automated equipment from the USA – CPM. All the processes are computerized and integrated in two control groups, allowing the factory to operate with only 4 workers in every shift, including a crane operator and a forklift operator.
